Future Simulator

Future Simulator is an interactive sandbox over a small set of macro variables: AGI capability growth rate, energy cost trajectory, demographic decline, automation deployment speed, geopolitical fragmentation. Pick values; the simulator runs forward 30 years and shows you what those values produce — not as a single prediction, but as a Monte Carlo distribution over plausible outcomes.

The model is deliberately simple. It is wrong about the specifics in the way every macro model is wrong about specifics. What it gets right is the directional logic: here is what the world looks like if these are your assumptions. Change the assumptions; watch the world change. The simulator's value is in giving you intuition for which assumptions are doing the work.
